Registration
Please read the registration information below carefully before registering.
All registration via our agency BDP Congres.
Regular participant registration
The registration fee includes conference proceedings and entry to all conference sessions. Refreshments during the conference, lunches and the conference dinner are included in the registration fee.
Students
To qualify for the student registration fee, students must present proof, e.g. student card or other official certificate, of fulltime enrollment at a recognized university or college at the registration desk at the conference.
Doctoral consortium
Students selected for the doctoral consortium are expected to cover their travel costs to
Copenhagen, and pay a nominal participation fee (800 DKK). All meals (incl. coffees, lunches, and dinners) during the event in
Copenhagen are covered by our sponsors. Although we will try to get sponsors for
the accomodation too, please note that until further notice, accommodation is to be covered by students themselves.
Spouse
It is possible for participants to register a spouse/partner. The spouse/partner does not participate in the conference, but will be able to attend the conference dinner on June

Special registration needs
For attendants with disabilities, one accompanying person is allowed to participate at the student rate. In this case, the accompanying person’s assisting role needs to be verified prior to the conference.
Cancellation policy
Early registration fees are valid by registering prior to March 31, 2010. After this date standard fees are valid. The cancellation fee is 50% of the paid amount. Cancellations may not be made after May 14, 2010.
Registration fees
Payment must accompany all registration forms within maximum 5 days and can be made by credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard).
Early bird registration until March 31, 2010:
Regular: DKK 3.750
Student: DKK 2.500
Spouse: DKK 600
Doctoral Consortium: DKK 800
Standard fee after April 1, 2010:
Regular: DKK 4.500
Student: DKK 3.000
Spouse: DKK 600
Doctoral Consortium: DKK 800
Please note: After closing of online registration on May 28, 2010, participants can register onsite only.
